iCandy
is a British family business that dates back to the early
1930’s. The range of products that iCandy produce are
developed for the parents that need something special, different and
that catches the eye.
The iCandy pushchair is offered in four different ranges, the iCandy
Cherry, the Apple, the Peach and the Pear
The first iCandy pushchair we'll take a look at is the iCandy
Cherry.
This range has three different options, the special edition which is
essentially a travel system and includes everything you’d
expect including the stroller, a carrycot including a padded mattress,
super fleece footmuff, changing bag and parasol. It’s extra
lightweight with the chassis weighing only 5.4kg and is suitable from
birth. The Stroller is also lightweight weighing in at 7.9kg. There are
four colours to choose from mulberry, berry blue, liquorice and the
very popular fudge. One of the great benefits of this stroller is the
front and rear facing seats, providing you with the ultimate in
versatility. This iCandy pushchair has an easy fold mechanism and the
ability to be left freestanding when folded, something a number of the
other leading brands don’t offer.
The last in the Cherry range of iCandy pushchairs is the Carrycot. This
again uses the same chassis and is suitable from birth. The carry cot
offers the lie-flat position and includes a padded mattress. The
Carrycot is available in the same four colours as the stroller
The next iCandy pushchair range to take a look is the Apple. The iCandy
Apple has four options based on two different chassis. The
stroller and
carrycot are based on the traditional 4 wheeled chassis whereas the
jogger and jogger carrycot have three wheels. However for the ultimate
in versatility a jogger wheel can be purchased as an accessory to the 4
wheeled strollers and fitted later. For the new born both the stroller
and jogger have the option to hold a car seat. The Apple
doesn’t come with a hood as iCandy wanted to provide an
option for you to choose your own colour from one of five choices by
purchasing a flavour pack which also includes a luxury fleece. The five
colour options are blackcurrant, redcurrent, grape, imperial and
mandarin.
The final two ranges are the Peach and Pear. The iCandy
Peach provides
four options, like the Cherry there is the stroller and carrycot, in
addition to these you can also get the Peach blossom and blossom twin
which are designed for parents with more than one child allowing them
to hold both a new born and toddler. The Pear range is the final range
and offers two pushchairs, the Stroller and the Apple to Pear upgrade,
the stroller offers more than 20 combinations for either twins or a
newborn and older child. As your family grows the Apple can be upgraded
into the iCandy
Pear via the purchase of the Multi-functional pip
converter pack. The larger wheels allow the extra weight of
older children and the pip converter offers the additional 20
combinations.
iCandy have created a great range of pushchairs to suit
